Grievance:   Two step 3’s went out for abolishing a MOS clerk and a BEM job.  A step 2 went out to save a custodian job. OT grievances are being filed.  Grievances are being filed for being required to bring in documentation. Ask why you need documentation if you are told to.  Restricted sick leave, showing a pattern or being denied AL and then calling in are the only reasons they can make you bring in documentation.
